Hammered sterling silver ring, hand made, thumb ring, pinky ring, commitment ring, wedding ring, unisex, large size ring, small size ring.

These beautiful sterling silver rings are hand forged by me, and made to order. Any size can be made, including half sizes. Suitable as a thumb ring, pinky ring, commitment ring or even a wedding band.

The rings are made from solid sterling silver, in my workshop. They are soldered, formed into a ring, hammered repeatedly, and hand polished to a high shine.

Measurements for ring sizes must be taken using a ring sizer only. Please do not measure your finger using string, this is notoriously unreliable and will result in you having to pay return postage to have the ring resized, and further return postage for me to send the ring back to you. This ring complies with the UK Assay Office Hallmarking regulations. The sterling silver weighs below 7.78g and therefore does not require Hallmarking.

Care

All of my rings, pendants and earrings are handmade using solid sterling silver. Over time, and in certain circumstances it is possible (and perfectly normal) for sterling silver jewellery to tarnish and gradually turn black. This is easily rectified by polishing your jewellery with a polishing cloth (readily available in supermarkets and online) or alternatively, using a soft toothbrush with washing up liquid (or even a microfibre cloth). This will bring the silver back up to a beautiful silver shine.

To keep your jewellery looking it’s best please avoid water, cleaning chemicals, and perfumes.

Hand crafted

All of my jewellery is hand made by me, in my little home studio. Sterling silver (and sometimes gold) sheet, wire and grain is purchased from reputable UK bullion dealers, and I solder, pierce, hammer, melt, stamp to form and make the jewellery. Each piece is made to order just for you. Any pieces of silver jewellery that weighs over 7.78g must legally be sent to an Assay office for hallmarking.
